Our Baby Bed

I had been looking for a used crib ever since I found out i was pregnant, but as soon as I would find a good deal it was gone. Till last month when my mom was just out doing errands, she came across a yard sale. She wasn't going to stop but she changed her mind. As she pulled up a young couple was leaving with a changing table. She was kinda bummed that maybe they got most of the baby stuff, but she still asked if they had a baby bed. They did it was just hidden in the corner (it looked like a full size bed frame). I told her she was lucky it was hidden cause pregnant people are vicious (but that's another story). She only paid $30 for this beautiful crib which would normally cost about $300. Great deal (thanks mom!).
A couple of days ago we finally bought a baby mattress so last night I got to setup our crib for baby Anthony. I still have 7 weeks left but i think I'm in what they call the 'nesting' stage, plus I'm just getting bigger and more uncomfortable. Originally I was going to have the classic Winnie the Pooh bedding but it seemed a little too
girly for my taste, so luckily my mom bought this bedding last summer at a yard sale.

The Burger King Drive Thru

One night I was out with my boyfriend and his family and we decided to stop and get some food from Burger King. The drivers window was broken, (it wouldn't roll down) so I had to order from the backseat, and I was not the one driving so I already felt stupid. To make things worse my boyfriend (now husband) decided that he wanted a frosty and kept saying "I got one here last week!" even though I told him they didn't have them. His mother agreed with him and wouldn't stop asking for one until I asked the man at Burger King if they had frostys there. He acted confused and said "No, that's Wendy's" and finally they figured out they were thinking about the Icees and not frostys.
